These terms govern your use of alphaciso.com, operated by Alpha CISO Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (UEN 202338803N) with its registered office at #14-04, SBF Center, 160 Robinson Road, Singapore 068914. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Alpha CISO provides cybersecurity consulting and professional services — virtual and fractional CISO advisory, penetration testing and security assessments, GRC and compliance consulting (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, PDPA, MAS TRM, GDPR readiness), incident response, and managed security services. We also build security software products.
This website describes those services. It is a marketing and information site — it is not the services themselves, and using it does not create a consulting relationship between us.
Consulting engagements
All consulting work is governed by a separately signed agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter — negotiated between Alpha CISO and the client. Those signed documents control the scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and liability for the engagement. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Not professional advice
Content on this site — articles, service descriptions, frameworks, checklists — is general information about cybersecurity. It is not security, legal, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it as if it were. Security advice tailored to your organisation is only provided under a signed engagement, after we have actually assessed your environment.
Intellectual property
The Alpha CISO name and logo, the site design, and all content we publish here are owned by Alpha CISO Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. You may read, link to, and quote our content with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. You may not probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written authorisation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site at scale, submit unlawful or malicious content through our forms, or interfere with the site's operation. We know the irony of telling a security audience not to test our perimeter — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to hello@alphaciso.com instead.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party resources — standards bodies, regulators, tools we discuss. Those sites are not ours; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the site. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Liability under consulting engagements is addressed in the relevant signed agreement, not here.

We update these terms when the site or our practices change. The lastUpdated date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site after a change takes effect is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
